Quotes provided by Airtec HVAC are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon further inspection of the job.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and property access information.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept standard forms of payment (credit/debit cards, checks, etc.).
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Airtec HVAC stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties for installations, repairs, or equipment will be provided in writing at the time of service.
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, Airtec HVAC is not liable for damages resulting from:
Pre-existing issues with your HVAC system or property
Improper use or lack of maintenance by the customer
Events outside our control, such as natural disasters or power outages

By booking services, you agree to:

Ensure accurate and truthful information is shared when requesting services
Follow maintenance and care instructions provided by our technicians
